The jojoba and shea butter base is carefully balanced to be rich enough to carry the active ingredients deep into the skin, but light enough to absorb fully without leaving a greasy film. The Muscle Rub is formulated for most skin types, including many sensitive skin users. However, if you have known sensitivities to menthol, camphor, eucalyptus, or clove oil, we recommend doing a small patch test on a less sensitive area of skin 24 hours before full use. Apply a pea-sized amount to your inner forearm and wait to observe any reaction. As with all topical products, avoid applying to broken skin, irritated areas, or near mucous membranes.

Scoop a dime-to-quarter sized amount from the jar using clean, dry fingertips. Apply directly to the affected muscle area and massage in circular motions until fully absorbed — typically 30 to 60 seconds. For best results, apply to warm skin (such as after a shower or light warm-up). Wash your hands thoroughly after application, and avoid contact with your eyes, face, or any open skin. You can reapply up to 3–4 times daily as needed.
