We stand behind every jar. If The Muscle Rub doesn't work for you for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused or minimally used (you've tried it and it didn't work for you — that's what our guarantee is for). Items must be in their original packaging where possible. We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged due to misuse or intentional abuse.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund or return, email us at hello@themusclerub.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for returning. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. You do not need to send the product back in all cases — we'll let you know based on your situation.

Processing Time

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged product and your order number. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. We cover all shipping costs for damaged or defective item replacements.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and promotional items obtained at no cost are not eligible for a refund. Orders placed more than 30 days after the delivery date are not eligible for our standard return policy, though we will review requests on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out if you have an unusual situation.
