FAQ #10

Where should I apply it?

The Muscle Rub can be applied to any large muscle group: back, neck, shoulders, legs, calves, forearms, hips, and feet. It is particularly effective on tight traps and upper back from desk work, hamstrings and quads after runs or leg days, calves and arches from prolonged standing, and lower back from heavy lifting or long drives. Do not apply to your face, eyes, or any area with broken or irritated skin.

FAQ #12

Can I use it after workout?

Post-workout is actually the most popular time to use The Muscle Rub. After training, your muscles experience micro-tears and inflammation as part of the recovery process. Applying The Muscle Rub within 30–60 minutes post-workout helps ease delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), supports circulation for better nutrient delivery, and accelerates the cooling-down process. Many users make it part of their cool-down routine, applying it immediately after stretching or a cold shower.

FAQ #11

Can I use it before workout?

Yes, and many athletes prefer it as a pre-workout warm-up aid. Applying The Muscle Rub to target muscle groups before training helps increase local circulation and primes the area with a warming sensation that can improve mobility and reduce the risk of minor strains. Apply 10–15 minutes before activity and massage in thoroughly. It pairs well with a proper dynamic warm-up routine. Note: it is not a substitute for proper warm-up, but it is a strong complement.

FAQ #09

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

The Muscle Rub is formulated for most skin types, including many sensitive skin users. However, if you have known sensitivities to menthol, camphor, eucalyptus, or clove oil, we recommend doing a small patch test on a less sensitive area of skin 24 hours before full use. Apply a pea-sized amount to your inner forearm and wait to observe any reaction. As with all topical products, avoid applying to broken skin, irritated areas, or near mucous membranes.
